He still can be a man and a coomer with his specific fetish. Lots of coomers have lots of weird fetishes, but you don't hear about them in everyday life because they don't act them out in public. There's nothing stopping him from going back to being Chris Tyson in his day to day life and then fantasize about being a woman all he wants behind closed doors.
A major aspect that keeps him from fixing himself is this idea he and others like him are stuck with, where your fetish is this critical, all-defining aspect of your identity. To be fair, most if not all trans people don't pass in real life. They can only hide it in well posed and edited pictures. IRL their stance, mannerisms, body, voice, tone, etc. all give them away (despite thinking they pass because we're all too polite to say anything).
