I'm calling bullshit. The only thing here that's homeless is Russhole's pee-pee, as he has nowhere to put it.

As for the filing itself, just when you think he couldn't get any more retarded, he goes and shoves an even larger crayon up his nose. Never change, Russ.

@Null - random.txt fodder if I ever saw it.

Oh the eviction is very real - can't link it because the Clark County site redirects direct links to the docket and can't include screencap because am mobilefag this week, but go to this site:

Select 'civil records', then either search for paety name Greer or docket # 24E018422. The next action is scheduled for July 8 and I can't tell from the description what that is - it could be anything from a hearing on the landlord's complaint to the deadline for Russ to move out.

Of course because this is a case involving Crusty Rusty there were requests for a continuance and sur-replies. I'd pay money to see those because you know he tried to blame us for his missed rent.

HOW could russell possibly be getting evicted? what the hell has he been doing with his time if not at least working enough SOMEwhere to at least pay his rent? just months ago he was making enough that he was begging the court for time to save money for really real lawyers. he must truly just be spending all his money on brothel visits, as he’s certainly only faced fedex costs for this lawsuit. he has no friends, no real hobbies. unless he truly has been sinking money into his next flop of a song, the only other place his money can go is to hookers, and it is indeed a tragedy to get yourself evicted because of your hooker addiction.

I wouldn't be surprised if he lost his job because of inappropriate behavior towards a female. He's got a history of that, as we all know. And as sad as it is, people don't tend to give obviously disabled people the same kind of grace they give to normal people. We are prejudiced against differences, and we always will be, because historically those differences threatened our tribes.

Once you've been fired, as I'm speculating here, it is harder to find another job. Especially if you're honest enough to tell your next employer the truth, not that Russ would. In his case he would come across as a bit unstable, whining about his plights as he does.

In long, between his looks, speech difficulties, and work history, he's facing an uphill battle to get a job good enough to pay rent in a large city.

What exactly is that motion supposed to be? A change of address? Because I'm kind of rusty, but I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to whine about your plights in one of those.
I am a retard when it comes to the laws and the courts, but as I understand, the correct place to whine about your plights is the initial complaint. But that has never stopped Russ before.

while all of that is very much true, i would think russell would have included any potential joblessness in his recent court journal entry. after all, if he was jobless, why wouldn’t he (again) blame the farms for that as well?

Has he complained about a rent hike/utility hike? If Vegas is like other quick growing metros the mostly middle class + wealthy transplants are resulting in cost of living going up quicker than wages.

It's unfunny but sometimes Russ' plights really can have nothing to do with Kiwi Farms, whores, or Taylor Swift.

i must say, now that russ has access to electronic filing again in his case against Null, i am a little bit surprised we haven’t seen a filing reeeeeeeing about how he is being “impersonated” on youtube by the evil kiwi farms to bolster his list of grievances.

I'd just like to point out that @jerkstore over here correctly read his mind a full week before he filed this. Either that or he read it and thought, "you know what, you're right, I HAVEN'T told that to the court!"

in fairness, it may have come much earlier if russ had even realized he’d gotten his wish of transfer back to Utah, but i was sorely mistaken that he was even paying that much attention to his own lolsuit, as he ultimately filed the reeeee in Florida.

edit: though, that did result in Hardin having to alert the Utah court of the reeeee, which in any other circumstance would be seen as an absolute class act by a defense attorney on behalf of an absolutely pathetic pro se plaintiff, in our case is just one more solid move by Hardin showing russ is nearly completely uninvolved in the litigation he started.

gonna one more time bring up my unpopular opinion that now is the time to strike with a settlement offer of $10k. russ is hurting for money in a big way. he is paying so little attention to this lawsuit that he didn’t even do a victory lap or realize he “won” transfer back to Utah. could not terms of a settlement include prohibition from attempting to sue again? like i said before, 10k is more than russell has ever seen at one time or will ever see at one time again. as full of righteous indignation as i am about this, russ is in full flounder, has been completely abandoned by DJF, barely has a social media presence at this point. he is out of options and apparently out of belief that he can win this. the courts don’t care to carry on with the case. is it really worth waiting for someone to do something, or would it maybe be better to strike while the iron is hot to make this dipshit go away? just food for thought.

I'm leaning towards 'no' because there is not a free way to hold Greer to his end of the bargain. Even if he agreed to never sue Null/KF/Lolcow LLC again, he could file some new lolsuit and "forget" to tell the judge about his agreement. Just filing the motion to dismiss would force Null to retain counsel, and there's no guarantee he could collect attorney's fees even if the judge granted them. Then we get to shenanigans like Russ clogging up the docket or naming his company or family as a plaintiff.

At this point a fairer deal might be to drop the sanctions in exchange for dropping the suit - Russ may not have the resources to even FedEx documents anymore and he certainly does not have the money to pay a sanctions award.
