I wanted to see if Jim had responded at all to Trump's late night announcement that almost all of Biden's pardons are null and void as he didn't actually sign them himself. That's a negative, ghost rider. Instead, he's picking another fight with the guy that Jim defaulted on, Kash Patel.

If you'll look at Kash's complaints against Jim, you'll notice that not once in the very document that Jim himself showed off does Kash complain about being called a "CHUD". The footnote is to clearly define what the hell this dipshit jargon term is supposed to mean. To lay them out and make it easily searchable, here's the defamatory statements that Kash has listed
a. Mr. Patel “attempted to overthrow the government”;
b. Mr. Patel “planned 1/6”;
c. Mr. Patel is “guilty of sedition”;
d. Mr. Patel is a “Kremlin asset”;
and e. Mr. Patel and his Foundation paid people to “lie to congress.”
If Kash had a problem with Jim calling him a CHUD then why isn't Jim showing that off? Is Jim stupid or is he lying.

After over a year from making this thread I finally went to skim through Kash's case against Jim. Kash lists a few tweets where Jim calls him a CHUD and in number 56 Kash directly talks about Jim calling him a CHUD and how Jim says it while calling for Kash's arrest.
I'm highlighting this one because *Legend of Zelda chest opening music*BECAUSE IT'S AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE THAT JIM TOOK THE SCREEN SHOT FROM.
You frizzle fried, drug addled dipshit. How do you fuck up this badly? Why would you not show off directly where he's using CHUD when it's on the same damn page? What's doubly great about this is that because of this I actually went through and found all five times CHUD appears in Kash's filings.

Outside of the definition, Kash only uses CHUD in concert when Jim is either saying Kash has committed a crime or is telling all of 125k+ followers that Kash needs to be put in prison for treason and/or paying off witnesses for their testimony. Seems to me, an unintelligent felon, that the bigger issue is everything around the CHUD and Kash's lawyers needed to define it so some judge who is not terminally online can grasp what the hell Jim is even talking about. I've attached the PDF, zip, and images of the full pleading so you can look through it if it meets your fancy.
Not that any of this matters now as Jim did a fuckin' no show in Nevada which led to the default. What does matter is we had a very cute and wholesome interaction in Jim's replies.
