Both, but the former more than the later.

He did seem like he snapped a few months back after he got demonetized even after he tried to bend over backwards for Susan then dropped off the internet for a while. Don't know how he was before but he did seem unhinged after he came back. He used to stream often with some other people and doesn't anymore AFAIK.
