Noah Samsen has finally responded to the defamation lawsuit from Ethan Klein and Mutahar.
TL;DR: He believes that they will not pursue the lawsuit because there was no clear malice in voicing his opinions on Ethan and Mutahar. Nevertheless, he continues to insinuate that they support a genocide.

He is also starting a fundraising campaign for $200,000 that will go to a Gaza humanitarian organization and (potentially) his legal fees in case of a potential lawsuit. This will be conducted in various streams across several days, in which he will have several guests.

The rest of the video is mainly filled with rebuttals to those who have responded to the lawsuit.
He is currently streaming on his main channel.

I don't know if anyone has posted this yet, but apparently this guy fled the US

If this is true, he is a massive retard. He's 100% trying to avoid service from Ethan Klein, since he's still being sued for slander, but you can't do this shit forever. At some point, the court will just say "fuck it" and serve it to your next of kin or whatever, and at this point you either show up or Ethan wins by default judgement and he garnishes your wages for the foreseeable future.
There's rumors about him lying about his whereabouts before, so I don't know how true this can be, so that remains up in the air. On one hand, if he did actually move, it would basically be an admission of defeat to Ethan, but if he didn't actually move, then the servicing agent or whatever can just reach him much quicker. I personally can't wait to see him get assraped in court

Genuinely is there some professional eugenicist here at all? There's just some feeling I get when I see this guy that I can't shake and I don't fucking know what it is. I don't know if I'm just being face blind autist or some shit and it's because he looks like several other people blended together. I just think there's something about his eyes mostly, I think maybe it's the lighting he chooses to use for his videos but something makes his eyes look like little fucking beady fake eyes. I think part of why he just looks like that is that when you look at him most of the time you can't tell if his eyes are dilated or constricted, maybe looking as though he has no iris but instead a massively dilated pupil is provoking some sort of primal deepseated emotion as if I'm looking at a neanderthal I'm about to club to death or something. It will never not remind me of the film Coraline, he looks like the fucking button eye counterpart to some normal person. There's a few people I follow on youtube that make videos with their dogs, there's something about seeing the whites of a dog's eyes on video that feels wrong if you normally only see the pupils, yet seeing mine doesn't fill that same response for some reason despite them being the same breed. I just feel like I am seeing something I shouldn't almost. It almost looks like he has the eyes of a puppy dog but on a full grown man, maybe that's what's throwing me off. I mean his face also just there's something wrong with it, not only does he talk with almost exclusively his bottom lip and not move the top one, but he also has a bit of a baby face, his eyes and cheeks look kinda like a baby's in some photos but not in others for some reason. Maybe the way that he talks using exclusively the bottom lip is reminding me of some of those humanoid robot things? Add on the way that he seems to be a middle ground between elvis the alien, daddy o five and demolition ranch. He almost looks like if a Korean was to get those fucked up race change surgeries to become american or something. I don't think the way he seems to have a resting frown face helps either.

I know this is like massively autistic but genuinely why does he look like that? I don't get it. It's not that he looks horrible or something, he doesn't look ugly or evil, he looks wrong and I don't know how to fucking explain it and it annoys me just because I have never felt this feeling before and I do not know what it's name is or how to even describe how looking at this guy makes me feel.

Noah argues that the assassination of the Israeli diplomat was not driven by antisemitism. However, he corrected himself in the description after the story was updated.

I find it rather ironic that Noah wanted to take a hiatus from the TBYS drama and stated that he would solely focus on the Gaza War. Now, he is being sued by Ethan Klein for calling him and his wife “genocide apologists,” and he has fled to Argentina, where BadEmpanada lurks, to avoid the fallout of his retardation.

He only resigned from his fight with TBYS because of the ass-clapping that he was receiving, and then he immediately targeted one of the most prevalent Jewish content creators on the internet, who is famous for suing those who slander him.

Much like Hitler, he picked a fight with the Jews and lost and is limping to Argentina with a broken ego and an angry lawyer.
