While cashapp does exist in both the US and the UK, from what I can find online it does NOT allow for UK->US transfers or vice versa, only allowing direct transfers or "cashapps" to other users also in country.

Furthermore after contacting cashapp directly, I have confirmed that cashapp WILL NOT allow a user to create a US cashapp account using a British form of identification (even if that british person is within the US at the time)

Further-Futhermore I have confirmed that cashapp requires users to TAKE (and not only select and upload) a photo of themselves in order to verify their account.

With these things in mind we can consider a few things,

Tiny acknowledges he "sent" Pxie's video to Rose "privately" over discord (not private) but still says the google drive link angle is not public enough (even with no password) to meet CARDII. He covers this base (IMO) in anticipation of the untampered Abby messages.
