Was anybody honestly expecting anything different? I'm astonished that it wasn't another months grace. The inevitable Show Cause Order will take at least 6 months to resolve.

What the fuck is wrong with you people? The ultimate sanction of dismissal is being threatened by the District Judge and you are complaining?

He has to be at least slightly charitable to Greer and make it possible for him to do what he is supposed to do, otherwise it can be appealed. He can't just pull out a gun and execute Greer because he feels like it.

The District Judge is obviously trying to dismiss this case. This is one of the most appeal-proof ways to dismiss a case of the plaintiff would not obey court orders. Null would also want some kind of dismissal that is impossible to appeal too.

This is a victory and I would like to celebrate it like one.

If this case is dismissed by the court would Null still reasonably be able to counter sue Russ? Would he even want to or would it be a juice is not worth the squeeze situation. I assume the Judges would grant monetary sanctions at that point for the outstanding sanctions motion.

As much as I have talked shit about both these judges (and I do not apologize for a single word), they have had to deal with a case that not only got sent back to them from the Tenth Circus for batshit retarded reasons, but then boomeranged back from Florida as well.

The procedural history of this case is a fucking joke and why I have mostly given up even updating the OP because what the fuck, "insanity happened" is more or less the summary. I'm just waiting for anything remotely substantive to happen in this derelict walking corpse of a case.

The court actually saying an OSC for not dismissing is a big development, though. Russhole will have to do something other than sperg.
