Decided to look at Harry's stats and see exactly how Harry's numbers are doing, and by the looks of it Harry has stagnated, which is unsurprising when you're only releasing one video essay a year nowadays. There was a big spike for the Plagarism video but after that it completely flattened out, barring something that happened around september to november of last year which seems to be an election bump since his fans wanted to hear what he had to say about the election but said bump flattened out by the beginning of this year.

By the looks of it if Harry doesn't release another video essay that goes viral his subscriber count will start to decline, and his view count will start to plateau.

He'd have to post a video so totally dogshit that everyone turned on him at this point since he's in a "post" youtuber career. I reckon he can coast indefinitely on previous work/clout/streaming/friendship networks and putting out a video every half century and still be reasonably comfortable. Hipster welfare and momentum bux from Google are a helluva thing.

It’s what they get, it’s the expectation they’ve set and enforced.

After all, everything is political and there should be no escapism. What are they taking a break? Not getting involved in every little political matter? Sounds fashy and privileged to me chud.

On top of that the Left has been radically tripling down, so the Contrapoints mobbing isn't all too surprising.

Well, we also have to remember that harris has that Nebula thing going on. I don't know if he's making exclusive content on there often but it would explain why he lets his youtube just coast by. All I know is every now and then, I'll be using youtube as background noise and hear someone talk about Nebula's streaming service. The first big name they mention? Hbomberguy.

I love it, I fucking love it.
For years this guy and Breadtube as a whole have been hitting everyone with the hammers of "this is why the opposition is wrong (smugly)" "if you're not 100% with us, you're against us (smugly)" and "STFU u stupid bigot (smugly with foam coming out of mouth)". Now that push comes to shove (according to the online left, anyways)... these fuckers are silent or playing both sides and hoping no one notices. But people notice (is what you taught them to do after all) and they don't like what they see.

Harris, Contra, Ellis and Breadtube as a whole, I just have two things to say: You reap what you sow. Your silence is defeaning.

Sorry for being a thread tourist, but whats the most recent news on James Somerton? A quick youtube search sees a bunch of youtube reaction videos about "A Measured Response" which seems to be his apology video but I don't wanna watch a commentary faggot's video about gay ass drama. I can't find his channel so I assume hes gone for good, but just want to know what you guys know about this.

One of the biggest things that is lost on people is that the 4chan troll phenotype are ultimately apolitical - they will go where ever they have the most social cover to bully other people. The whole woke/cancel culture movement is our generation's version of the 90's evangelical purity test and is a wet dream for trolls. If your main objective was to nihilistically take out your incel anger why would you have any loyalty to a political party? On the far left, you not only get to harass and bully the opposition (and go as far as you want to) but you also get positive feedback from it.

This moreso applies to the percentage of 4channers that relish in trolling and ruining stranger's lives, I'm not saying all 4channers are like this as 4chan is mostly just counter culture. I first found 4chan in 2006-2007, and a lot of people forget that 4chan's culture back then was 100% far left. They didn't really start to pivot - at least from what I noticed - until 2012/2013.
