A lot of what Kevin says is not serious and he typically prefers to observe shit shows rather than participate. He did say last week “I’m gonna sue!” and on the same episode something like “I’m taking them to court!” But it was pretty clear he was not being serious and subsequently has said he’s not wasting his time on it.
