It's a great point, because it is showing how it is on a large scale, destroying the moral fabric. "It's not just pornography" - correct, it's a myriad of things, and pornography is making it WORSE than it already is.At the risk of getting puzzle piece stickers and trash can icons, I believe it's for this reason that it's becoming increasingly difficult to justify having loose restrictions on porn, or even allowing it to be legal at all.
When you'd otherwise overdose, instead you lose your moral agency and become little better than a rabid animal who needs to be put down ASAP.
It's like in the Divine Comedy, when Dante meets up with some damned souls in Cocytus, ones who were dragged to hell before they even died, the souls in their still-living bodies replaced by demons until the inevitable physical deaths of said bodies.
As for the aspect of Divine Comedy, great reference. Most people would say "uSiNg ReLiJuN tO jUsTiFy Ur ShItTy OpInIoNs", yet it's on point. Most people aren't aware of the spiritual aspect of things.
