Imagine DSP being DSP decides to go after TBS, probably the most transformative detractor channel out there instead of low hanging fruit like Raw Phil and ends up owing them money.

Obviously not going to happen but imagining a pre-stream where he spends two hours ranting about the 'stoopid justice system' allowing mentally ill criminals to get away with it makes me laugh.

Last year he got a bunch of extra money collabing with Kino Casino and he spent all of it on a bunch of RGB lights and all his new PC equipment (PC case, mouse, keyboard, etc.) also have RGB lights, so he ended up turning his office into a fag bar light show.

My tinfoil hat theory is Phil went to CT and while giving his prestream spiel to his parents, either mentioned Ethan's lawsuit or just did his usual complaining about detractors, and one of his parents offhandedly agreed that he'd win if he sued them. Now, Phil is "alotta peopleing" the situation because an adult agreed with him in person, which is such a rarity for Phil that he thinks it means something. But like I said in my previous post, this is probably just example #7881 of Phil threatening legal action against detractors without any intent to follow through in any meaningful capacity. I hope I'm proven wrong and will gladly take the L if something actually happens because that would be a goldmine of content, but if nothing else, I find his deranged keyboard warrior rants amusing, even if they are repetitive.

It's Phil though, he doesn't need input to think and/or feel that he's right. He probably saw that a bunch of Lawtubers (aka legal grifters) were all in agreement that Ethan Kline would win the lawsuits so it's best they just settle and Phil thinks that means the same for him. In Phils head, he's always right, he's always the top dog, everybody agrees with him, and everything always goes his way, even if it makes no sense to anybody else. This is the same guy who claims that if told people to hit the tip goal for that stream, that people would say okay and donate money to hit the tip goal. His version of events and reality is 110% different than everybody elses.

"Spent all of it" - the lights new computer and everything combined cost like 3 or 4000 dollars max

DSP made like 50k extra. He spent it all on gacha. He didn't get a moneymoon with Khet. He didn't fly out to see his dying parents. He didn't spend a ton on office shit. He literally spent all of it just on gacha.

Keep in mind in the DM leaks he claimed he could only get Khet a 2nd medical opinion because of this extra income. So DSP couldn't even cut down his gacha to get Khet medical health.

Other than that you're right his office does look like a fag bar. It's just a super cheap temu one.

I always wondered if the line for "transformative content" had ever been established in court for something like a lolcow streamer. Raw's stream would be on the low-end as far as commentary streams go, but if you count chat discussing it then I suppose it would be.
