If you have people tracking this shit for you Phail, how did they miss all the stuff these channels did for a week?"While I was away, the detractor channels were irrelevant due to my absence, which proves IN A COURT OF LAW that I own their content"
Garbage collectors are better than Phail in the work hierarchy.Love how he has to throw a dig into service/gig workers in there as if his begging while playing video games to a 90% detractor audience to satisfy our humiliation/lolcow kink is some great societal contribution. Phil, you should worship and tip very well those poor uber people otherwise you'd have to go outside to get the slop.
Everyone keeps forgetting about that one.Didn't Akilah Hughes do something similar when she tried to sue Carl Benjamin? I'm pretty sure that ended with her paying his legal fees and setting a precedent with copyright law.
I want to see the clips of him giving permission and the one where he says permission can't be rescinded like he claimed with EvilAJ.Oh boy, I can't wait for anybody he sues going to court and playing a compilation of every time Phil has openly stated that all the "detractor" channels take clips from his streams out of context and edit them to spread false information about him and that it's all fake and if they want the truth, to watch his channel. Phil is really his own worse enemy and I'm pretty sure any laywer worth his salt would be telling his Phil to shut his mouth and not talk about a potential legal case he plans on taking.
He's butthurt the evil channels didn't collapse like all lolcows think will happen when they disappear. See: Stuttering Bomb and Steal Toe to name 2I really want to believe this is true but it's definitely just Phil lashing out after a week of not feeling like he's in control by rambling into the void for 2 hours a day.
The thought had crossed my mind about the coincidence but that's where it stopped.Nobody noticed that this is coinciding with YouTube cracking down on reaction/clip channels? I'm willing to bet he's just going to fling DMCAs when it's actually confirmed to work as opposed to sending out physical paperwork.
Oddly Wings already does this. And since Phail claims Wings always steals his ideas, I'm going to have to get the next lottery numbers off him because he clearly must have seen Phuture Phail doing this.DSP just went into more detail about his plan to ask a "monthly" or "discounted annual fee" from detractor channels as some form of a "subscription service", which would mean they can sign a contract that prevents legal action against them. He also reiterated that all detractor content is being tracked "day by day, hour by hour" by "certain parties" and that "all this evidence will be used in the future".
