[July 2025] DSP threatens detractor channels with implied legal and financial repercussions

Did Laveria outright state they would claim old TIHYDP videos? If so, that's new wrinkle to some old lore I didn't know about.

I don't see why he is making these threats unless he knows someone in the wings is about to go on a mass flag spree.

Yeah that's what I heard and read about it. Lavera was offering Phil a partnered partnership (something he lost when Machinima kciked his bitch ass out) and Curse was not willing to give him. And as a sweetener they also offered to claim TIHYDP videos and put ads on them. Considering that at this point TIHYDP had still several creators it sounded like a lucrative idea

Still going with, it's a distraction so detractors don't look into, what he's been up to that week. (Most likely his parents/mother)

Phil is too big a coward to sue anyone. He's too big a coward to flag their channels down. He knows detractors would tard out.
He's seen H3 do it and hopes, some of his detractors take the bait and offer payments.
He's already tried it on stream. "I got messages from people..."

Also, what would he say in court?
Pig: "They're stealing my money, that is rightfully mine!"
Judge: "Did you ever ask one of them to stop? Did you use the tools you had from youtube, to make them stop?"
Pig: "No, actually I told everyone, they can do with my khantent what they want. But now I'm thinking, I could extort money out of them."

Everyone keeps talking about, how fucked it would be, if he lied about his wife having cancer. Nobody seems to consider how fucked it is, if it was actually true.

I mean, his wife is sick, they don't know what it is or what to do about it, but piggy spends thousands on a gacha game?
And then cries about muh wife, muh family.

Like everyone knows already, he would claim his content is transformative, positive, and infused with his charisma, input, persona, insight, and jokes so it falls well within Fair Use.

Then he would insult you on the basis that you don't understand that his claim for this whole thing is against non-transformative detractor channels.

Rendering your comparison inappropriate.

I've seen people on Twitter say that maybe he's partnered with superhound once again. It seems highly plausible giving the wording Phil used and also him talking about this topic so suddenly.

This was super hounds business model or whatever shit he was doing ages back.

Well this sounds very funny. Just imagine if we go to discovery and then the acused pulls up PigPigGo and starts "your honor DSP has called me and many other people noload nolife loosers and what have you. Here is all the evidence that is up till this very day. He also claimed he lied about his sick wife just to get one over on this guys. I want the court to know that this man, well, manpig, is ready to lie to your face, even under oath, to get what he wants." Can you imagine if DSP dedicated clip channels die out? It would shake Youtube to the core. Because nwo other people like Hassan might think "Let's sue and wreck havoc" Also: how much money is DSP willing to invest into a lawsuit that might cost thousands of dollars just to keep it running? Lawyers are bloodsuckers and even if he wins they will take their cut from any proceedings. Heck, GTg pointed out that detractors could just turn off any monetization and simply direct vierwers to Paypal links (tips right Phil?) or donation through Streamlabs. Then what?

This is the most logical explanation as it unifies the recent events and it would also be the most DSP thing to do. "Oh I have money now, let's instantly burn it on a dumb idea".

Phil is a few steps from clinically retarded, but the old adage about Time being Money rings true, and Phil probably wouldn't dedicate either unless he was sure he can win. Reaching out to LEGAL MINDSET, LEGAL DICKSUCKER was probably him trying to get a feel for if it's actually feasible or not, nothing more

Don’t do it, Phil! You’ll end up 100k in debt like Maddox and you’re at least as dumb as him. You’ll hire a scammer lawyer and he’ll milk you worse than your worst detractors here. i still don't get why this pussy won't just strike people. he'd 100% be in the right for snort hogan, doody, and especially raw phil and probably a handful of smaller ones. what's holding him back besides his complete and utter lack of testicles?

He needs those people to exist so that he can manufacture drama/spin them as a "threat" to his "business" and use that to get donations from his viewers. As much as he hates being an Internet laughingstock that is pretty much the only thing keeping him solvent.

Usually when he starts striking people he starts to get a lot of false strikes in return which hurt his liquidity, hes walking this tightrope of antagonizing da trolls, but not enough that someone gets hellbent on false striking and dmca attacking him.
