[July 2025] DSP threatens detractor channels with implied legal and financial repercussions

Whilst I do like the Youtube strike theory, I just can't see him biting his tongue and going radio silent until it was resolved.
On the other hand I can somehow understand it. Because if you recieve a second strike the "penalties" pile up and he might not want to give his detractors any ammunition. After all can you imagine what he might have had to endure if he had revealed he had recieved a community guideline strike? He would not be able to sit on his high horse (sorry Khet) to say "I did nothing wrong" because those strike are definetly a "you did something wrong buddy!" (even though you might not agree with it because it went well for some time) Heck I got a Community warning for a video I uploaded two years ago. Youtube might not always react at once but at one point the eye of Sauron might hit you as well

I've said this in the main thread but that's the case for any non-shitpost/non-dentractor tier theory. Last time he was in CT iirc there was only one day of radio silence (probably because he was too busy pulling Hogans mid-flight) and then he was more than happy announcing his marriage and then spending his entire wedding night arguing with trollz.

I think the Kino snakening completely shattered the little trust he had in people and he's been taking so many big Ls from the fallout that his refusal to talk about his absence coupled with his weird Saul Goodmanesque legal fantasies are a desperate attempt to try and prove to himself that he's taking control of his life back.

Not sure I buy the strike theory. There’s no evidence and it just seems wishful thinking like Khat leaving.

My biggest question is what would he have been struck for? Begging? Pressuring people for money? Not delivering rewards? He’s still doing all these things as bad as ever.

Yeah this is what my question would be. He has gotten away with all of this shit for ages already and there are way worse channels out there. He doesn't have a partnership manager or anything anymore as far as I know.

Best I can figure is he has been in touch with superhound and is trying to target channels and come up with some sort of system for it or he explained his current financial difficulties to his parents and instead of telling him to get help with gambling addiction they offered him words of support and encouragement not understanding how full of shit he is.
