I'm not arguing against that, just stating what Nick has stated and theorycrafting what might be running through his head. He was rather indignant about Aaron getting extensions, and was talking about how it's a requirement that he deserves to have a hearing in x-number of days, and the extensions have violated his right to a hearing. I'm not saying what he's doing is smart or correct, I think the best thing would be to just work with his lawyer on a competent defense. But the stream where he went over the HRO had a huge sense of "I'm right, I'm also very smart." Keep in mind, damn near every explanation he had was admitting to fucking with Aaron, but how it's all legal / protected speech. So as stupid as it sounds, yes I expect him to "well ackshully" to the judge.
A few streams ago Nick, very condescendingly, went over Aaron's HRO, and damn near went point by point about how everything Nick is doing doesn't violate any law or meet the standards for harassment. I can't name them all; but the Kayla nude was revenge porn because it had a female nipple, Nick reading Aaron's letter to April was okay because Aaron gave the letter to April and thus relinquished control of it, Melton talking about using Aaron's daughter as a cup-holder is okay because it wasn't said to her but to Aaron, and if she was duressed by it, it's because Aaron's a shit dad who told her, and also, they'll need to present proof that she was mentally scarred by it. I can't say for Melton, but Nick appears to be trying to cut a very fine line of "I didn't break any of the rules" while doing as much as possible to antagonize Aaron. Yes, he argued it's okay to talk like that about someone's kid, as long as you don't say it to them to distress them; completely ignoring how a parent may take that. Which is why I also think it's morally justified to genocide anyone who fancies themselves a comedian.
I mean, at least at a point in the past, if she searched for her own name, Melton's comments and videos would be in the search results. Not that Nick would dare inform his fans of something like that, he prefers to omit inconvenient facts so he can more easily manipulate them.

Which sure, I get it, you're in the bounds of the law; but as an outsider, I find myself asking how long are you gonna do this, and do you think Aaron is gonna be able to tolerate it, or are you expecting him to have a mental break? There's only so much fucking with I'd tolerate before I say it's okay for Aaron to hit back, even if he violated a law doing so. You don't get to provoke a fight then claim self-defense, I feel the same here. The only question is if Aaron can take it, and I have no desire to find out.
